Very muted on the nose, but a few swirls reveals black cherry, liquorice and plum aromas, but not blowsy or over-powering in any way. The palate is full-bodied and for me, just lacking the precision of Becot. Not bad, but there are better vintages. Tasted April 2008. Neal Martin |
